We have a Unique Opportunity to join our dynamic Loan Operations department. Position Overview:

The Generalist role will assist all Loan Operations Teams from day to day. This position is responsible to learn various processes that will vary from Team to Team. This includes booking/reviewing loans, distribution of paid loan packages, quote payoffs, process payments, review rate changes and other assigned duties.

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Accurately generate any and all required Loan Documents utilizing Laser Pro, Encompass, LoansPQ, or other origination systems as appropriate.
  • Book and review all loan types (Consumer, Specialty, Residential and Small Business)
  • Help process modifications or renewals.
  • Process Payoff requests and payoff's received daily.
  • Assist with Participation payments.
  • Review exception and transaction reports.
  • Help prepare Insurance Tracking reports weekly.
  • Scan or Index documents to our document storage system.
  • Update system when Collateral Documents received.
  • Support with filing UCC Continuations.
  • Assist with gathering documentation for audits.
  • Other duties/task as assigned.


Education, Training and Work Experience:
  • High school degree or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking and loan servicing required.
  • System knowledge of Encompass, LoansPQ, LaserPro and our Core system COCC/Insight preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent and self- motivated with the ability to effectively manage their time.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
