ARES has an exciting opportunity for a Capability Integration & Delivery Product Owner.(CID) Product Owner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage, coordinate, oversee, and serve as serve as the lead for execution of BOSS provided Capability Integration and Delivery (CID) team resources.
  • The CID Product Team owner must act as the single source of programmatic knowledge and ownership of assigned work for the CID support.
  • Ability to maintain and execute the OPIR TAP Lab's Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) capability to conduct automated building, testing, and deployment of prototype and experimental software.
  • Manage and implement on-boarding of new software into OPIR TAP Lab enclaves following the S-SDLC software assurance processes maximizing the use of automated tools for code check in, configuration management, build, code quality evaluation, regression testing, and deployment to lab and other environments as directed by the Government.

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

  • Ability to manage, coordinate, oversee, maintain, update and deliver the OPIR TAP Lab Secure Software Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC) Processes.
  • Duties include managing and supporting verification and validation (V&V) of capabilities created by RDT&E capability developers.
  • Knowledge and expertise with maintaining and executing the OPIR TAP Lab's Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) capability to conduct automated building, testing, and deployment of prototype and experimental software.
  • Responsibilities include managing deployment of selected applications to end users by implementing the CI/CD pipeline, with required cybersecurity protection, capable of rapidly integrating capabilities and deploying them into
  • target environments.
  • Ability to develop, maintain and brief a Capabilities roadmap that describes the capabilities planned for deployment of operational facilities or other end users/stakeholders, per Government direction.
  • Ability to manage, organize, plan and lead the Capability Integration and Delivery (CID) support work and coordinate personnel and resources to execute the delivery of CID services and products for the OPIR TAP Lab CI/CD and S-SDLC Management.

EDUCATION:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher with ten (10) or more year's relevant experience.
  • Experience must be relevant to specific project requirements. An advanced degree can substitute for four (4) years of experience.
  • At a minimum, the CID Team Product Owner shall have 10 years' relevant industry experience in software development and possess current TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility
