We are looking for an Analyst, Asset Management to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Analyst, Asset Management, you will be responsible for focusing on managing Element's entire portfolio of IT assets. This includes, but is not limited to individual devices (laptops, desktops, cell phones), enterprise devices (servers, network gear), and software. This position involves daily contact with many of our IT suppliers to receive quotes, place orders, and receive shipments and process invoices. You will regularly communicate with other members of IT as assets work their way through the system from procurement through payment.

A Day in the Life

  • Maintain inventory for all hardware and software purchased by Element using multiple repositories/accounts
  • Produce Purchase Orders as requested
  • Process Asset requests via ServiceNow ticket system
  • Work with multiple vendors to secure hardware/software at lowest price
  • Process procurement related orders on a daily/weekly basis
  • Manage web certificates
  • Collect hardware assets from terminated users
  • Interface with our Telecomm providers to manage cell phone acquisitions, returns, and customer support needs
  • Work with Deskside support team to align hardware priorities/escalations
  • Reconcile credit card statements, printer invoices, and procurement related invoices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • 3 - 5 years with direct asset management and experience managing large pools of hardware and software
  • 1 - 3 years of experience with Service Now or a similar ITIL product
  • 2 - 5 years of experience using the full suite of MS Office products
  • 3 - 5 years providing direct customer support

The hiring base salary range for this position is $60,400 to $83,100 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
