The Senior Director of Learning & Development (L&D) sets the vision and leads the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wide learning, talent, and organizational development initiatives. This role drives leadership development, professional and technical skill-building, succession planning, and the creation of a thriving learning culture across the organization. The Sr. Director partners with senior leaders and business units to align talent development, career growth, and workforce planning with enterprise goals. They oversee the design and delivery of corporate training programs, leadership pipelines, and high-potential (HiPo) initiatives that enhance Team Member engagement and strengthen bench strength for critical roles. Success in this role will be demonstrated by a robust leadership pipeline, measurable skill development, increased Team Member engagement and retention, and the growth of a future-ready workforce that supports long-term business success. WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This job operates in a physical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Travel up to 30% to visit locations, attend conferences, and deliver programs. The team member is frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands, arms and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 20 pounds.
