The Opportunity:

In this role the Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for coordination of day-to-day operation of all Compressor and Motor related business. This may include management of purchase orders, sales order, invoices, inventory, and accounting aspects relating to the business. This role is Located in our Alpharetta, GA office. Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean are required.

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

Order Entry: Take charge of order management by obtaining warehouse reports, processing orders, and ensuring alignment between ordered and shipped quantities.
Receiving: Keep operations running smoothly by verifying model and quantity accuracy across systems and warehouse reports, escalating any discrepancies to our warehouse or factory teams.
Purchase Orders: Collaborate with LG HQ to confirm purchase orders based on forecasts and inventory. Validate pricing and engage in strategic discussions to optimize purchasing costs and support LGEUS's profitability goals.
In/Out Reconciliation: Maintain operational accuracy by regularly reconciling system entries with warehouse activity.
Defective Return Process: Oversee the return process for defective items and coordinate with QA to validate returns and work with HQ to ensure timely reimbursement to LGEUS.
Model Change Entry: Stay hands-on by updating the system during model transitions and monitoring the rollout process on-site to ensure seamless execution.
Price Registration: Input and manage selling prices in the system with precision and speed.
Cost Structure Creation/Update: Keep our pricing strategies sharp and update cost structures with every change and build new ones for new models or warehouses, then share with HQ for alignment.

Logistics Management:

Inbound Tracking: Keep things moving and track inbound shipments with forwarders and carriers, ensuring goods are on time and in sync with forecasts.
New Warehouse Contract Review/Negotiation: Play a key role in growth by reviewing contracts and negotiating smart, cost-effective warehouse agreements.
WH Transfer Management/Monitoring: Coordinate transfers between warehouses and schedule pickups, monitor deliveries, and keep carriers accountable.
Inventory Reconciliation (Weekly/Monthly): Own inventory accuracy by reconciling transactions and making sure physical shipments match the system.
Physical Inventory: Lead semi-annual inventory counts to validate records and support audit-readiness.

Expense Management:

Warehouse Expense Processing (GLAP): Review and process invoices with a sharp eye and challenge any discrepancies and protect our bottom line.
Carrier Expense Processing (Sales Portal): Stay on top of shipping costs by reviewing, processing, and validating all carrier-related expenses.
Mexico Customs Clearance & IMMEX Processing (GEVS): Monitor Mexico customs and IMMEX invoicing closely and ensure accurate payments and quick resolution of discrepancies.
Monthly Accrual Management: Calculate and record expenses that haven't yet cleared, ensuring financial accuracy each month.

Miscellaneous

C-TPAT Support: Help ensure compliance and security by supporting the C-TPAT team and preparing warehouses for inspections.
GNMS Entry: Process HQ reimbursements in GNMS, coordinating with HQ and accounting to ensure proper documentation and coding.
Claims: Act fast-submit claims for missing or damaged goods and hold warehouses and forwarders accountable.
Customs Clearance Support (US/MX): Step in to resolve customs issues quickly and keep shipments moving across borders.
AR Collection Support: Team up with AR to follow up on past-due invoices and support cash flow goals.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or operations management.
  • Strong critical thinking and business reporting skills to support decision-making at all levels.
  • Analytical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented-skilled at working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is required.


Recruiting Range
$65,000 - $80,000 USD
