The Opportunity: In this role the Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for coordination of day-to-day operation of all Compressor and Motor related business. This may include management of purchase orders, sales order, invoices, inventory, and accounting aspects relating to the business. This role is Located in our Alpharetta, GA office. Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean are required. As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: Order Entry: Take charge of order management by obtaining warehouse reports, processing orders, and ensuring alignment between ordered and shipped quantities. Logistics Management: Inbound Tracking: Keep things moving and track inbound shipments with forwarders and carriers, ensuring goods are on time and in sync with forecasts. Expense Management: Warehouse Expense Processing (GLAP): Review and process invoices with a sharp eye and challenge any discrepancies and protect our bottom line. Miscellaneous C-TPAT Support: Help ensure compliance and security by supporting the C-TPAT team and preparing warehouses for inspections. Qualifications:
