Your Role

Key member of our FP&A team with a focus on daily and weekly revenue pacing [analytics on the current bookings, and pipeline], contract change details, quarterly and yearly financial reporting [customer, advertiser, and category reporting], supporting Investor Relations needs, ARPU/Occupancy analytics, and supporting the Revenue Operations team as the source of truth for all financial data. In addition, will work cross-functionally with the Commercial/Enterprise teams and Key Functional leaders to assist in the Annual Operating Plan and the Monthly Forecast processes.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with data analytics and modeling using Microsoft Excel and data visualizations using PowerPoint.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the validation and distribution of the daily and weekly revenue report to Executive Management
  • Analyze trends, using large sets of data, and identify key drivers for sales organizations through KPIs
  • Prepare reporting for the Company external SEC filings 10Q, 10K
  • Assist with Investor Relations needs
  • Work closely with the Commercial/Enterprise teams and Key Functional leaders when compiling inputs for the Annual Operating Plan and monthly Forecast
  • Highly proficient in Excel with the ability to fluently apply functions as needed
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, ability to fluently create presentations, inclusive of visuals (charts, graphs, etc.)
  • Understand Accounting and Corporate Finance concepts; Understand the components of a Profit and Loss Statement, a Balance Sheet, and a Cash Flow Statement
  • Experience with or ability to learn different financial/BI systems easily, including the Oracle EPM suite, TM1 and OAC
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
  • Act with diplomacy as a representative of Finance Department.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-4 years of experience, preferably at a public accounting firm or in a private company in a finance capacity
  • Proven experience working with large amounts of data required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and complex formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and prior experience performing analysis of financial results
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized

The salary range for this role is $95,000-$110,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
