Senior Analyst, Procurement Finance

Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Procurement Finance supports procurement across Lindt NA subsidiaries by delivering financial insights, managing reporting cycles, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. This role leads cost savings validation, financial risk assessments, and forecasting activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform COGS analytics and internal benchmarking across NA subsidiaries to identify savings and efficiencies.
• Evaluate and report hard savings, cost avoidance, and cash flow improvements.
• Leads the monthly validation of actual and projected cost savings by Subsidiary.
• Partner with supply chain finance teams to validate cost savings initiatives.
• Manage procurement financial reporting cycles including Price Forecast, LE, Budget, and monthly actual and projected PPV.
• Evaluate and generate consolidated raw material and packaging spend forecast and prepare supporting analysis.
• Standardize reporting templates and processes across subsidiaries.
• Develop COGS simulation tools and scenario-based commodity price forecasts.
• Support implementation of the commodity risk trading platform.
• Perform quarterly Dun & Bradstreet financial risk report, working with Sourcing Managers to consolidate risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.
• Lead the consolidation of the payment term improvement roadmap in collaboration with Sourcing Managers including assessment of cashflow impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement finance or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
• Experience with commodity forecasting and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and financial KPIs
