Be a part of the Saint Therese - IHM Senior Living Community! We are looking for a full-time Dining Room Manager to work in our 5-star healthcare facility in Monroe, Michigan. The Dining Room Manager position is responsible for: Oversight of the Dining Room operations, potential to host in the dining room, providing supervision and work direction to Dining services staff. Participates in recruitment for positions within the department. Monitors the quality and timeliness of meal service and monitors all infection control procedures. Prepares and delivers special functions. This is a full-time position, requires candidate to work every other weekend and every other holiday from 10:00am - 6:30pm (may be later depending on kitchen close) Saint Therese - IHM Senior Living We provide a home for seniors who want to live in a place that has the full continuum of care - meaning residents can move into independent living and then as their care needs evolve, they can move to assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or stay in our short- term rehab center. Qualifications Education: Degree in Food and Nutrition is preferred. Experience: Minimum three to five years institutional nutrition services experience is required. Two years supervisory experience within the food service industry. State and County Survey experience. Experience within senior care industry required.
