About you

The Financial Analyst will be performing financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services provided to companies of all sizes. The Financial Analyst will assist clients in optimizing their real estate strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios. This role will be running debt models for our debt & equity team (4 Brokers & 2 Analysts).

In this role, you will...

  • You will optimize clients' real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and underwriting a plethora of single-tenant, multifamily, retail, industrial, & hospitality commercial properties throughout the U.S. on deals valued primarily at $1-200MM+.

  • You will design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow in addition to ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities.

  • You are passionate about providing exceptional service to your clients and you are able to do this through providing analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence acquisition and disposition strategies.

  • You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You are also comfortable providing support in client presentations and new business.

  • You excel in a challenging environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years' experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance/banking.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Commercial Real Estate is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area.

  • Experience developing in-depth financial analysis.
