Description
First Technology Federal Credit Union is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Digital Product to lead the execution of complex, high-impact initiatives that enhance the member experience, starting with our online banking platform. In this hands-on role, you'll bring structure, momentum, and visibility to strategic efforts across the digital portfolio. You'll partner with product, engineering, business, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and progress. While Product Managers focus on strategy and prioritization, you'll take charge of execution, clearing blockers, managing dependencies, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Job Duties
  • Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic outcomes across the digital product portfolio, starting with the online banking platform.
  • Act as a trusted execution partner to product and engineering leaders by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring delivery remains aligned with business goals.
  • Navigate shifting priorities and organizational complexity with agility, maintaining momentum and a focus on measurable results.
  • Coordinate efforts across business, product, engineering, operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery of strategic programs.
  • Identify and address structural or systemic delivery challenges, recommending scalable solutions that enhance improve cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
  • Proactively manage risks across interconnected workstreams, resolving issues and removing blockers to protect timelines or business continuity.
  • Take ownership for progress stalls, mobilizing resources, escalating appropriately, and driving resolution to keep initiatives on track.
  • Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups by providing clear, timely, and tailored updates that support decision making and foster trust.
  • Influence without authority by cultivating strong relationships and advocating for shared goals and outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready reporting on program health, milestones, and outcomes connecting tactical progress to strategic impact.
  • Create clear, concise artifacts (dashboards, briefs, presentations) that support alignment and drive action.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 7 years of program management experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to plan, develop, and launch new software, ideally in a B2C digital banking, SaaS, fintech, or other member-facing platform environment.
  • Experience working with external technology or platform partners.
  • Experience managing major platform transitions and third-party vendor migrations.
  • A strong understanding of how digital product teams operate in partnership with engineering teams in development environments, and how program management can enable better outcomes for end users.
  • Ability to drive execution across multiple teams while keeping initiatives aligned to high-level business and member experience goals.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; able to build trust across functions and influence without direct reporting relationships.
  • Executive communication skills, including the ability to distill complexity, communicate the "why" behind decisions, and adapt messaging to senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled at creating clear, concise, and executive-ready artifacts - including slides, dashboards, or written briefs - that drive alignment and support strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with program and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, and other similar platforms used to manage roadmaps, track execution, and communicate progress across teams.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree or program management credentials
  • Certification/License: PMP Preferred
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | Rocklin, CA 95765 | (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $117k - $130k annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation inRocklin, CA 95765: $129k - $143k annually + annual bonus
