Onsite ROI Specialist Role in San Jose! Competitive Pay, No Weekends, OT Available! Location: 100% ONSITE* in San Jose, CA Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Top Skills & Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED (required) * Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical records department or similar setting * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Typing speed of at least 50 WPM * Familiarity with fax, copier, and scanning machines * Quick learner with new equipment and processes * Self-motivated team player with excellent customer service skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * COVID-19 vaccination required Job Description As a Medical Records Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the release of information requests and maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
