Description Contract role until end of the year for seasonal support. They are busy right now and they are behind on their work Location: Fully on-site at the Richland, MI location Shift: Core hours: 8am to 4:30pm or 5pm Monday through Friday. Straight 40, not much over time Looking for support within their inside sales group to help with the following: - generate purchase orders - follow up on order fullfilment and customer satisfaction - communicating back and fourth with the customers, via email or phone as needed - creating zip files of drawings - quote parts or projects - follow up and resolve any issues - follow up with production and shipping to make sure all orders are processed in a timely manner MUST HAVE: - at least 2 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally within sales, planning or purchasing - Excel Experience - MUST - intermediate level, ability to do pivot tables and v-lookups - Good customer service skills - great written and verbal communication skills - great organizataional skills and ability to take direction well NICE TO HAVE: - automation/purchasing experience - collections experience - MSS or AS500 experience is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
