We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business transformation. This role demands strategic leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple interrelated projects, change management efforts, and stakeholder engagement across global teams.

• Lead end-to-end program management for business process transformation.
• Align program goals with organizational strategy and long-term objectives.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Manage full project lifecycles: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Implement change management strategies to support adoption and minimize resistance.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and deliver executive-level reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement and program management best practices.
• Resolve conflicts, negotiate priorities, and balance competing demands.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.

Required:

• 8-10 years of experience in program/project management with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Proven experience in global, cross-functional environments.
• Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Ability to define and track KPIs, generate dashboards, and present insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Familiarity with technology-driven environments and collaboration with technical teams.
• Ability to create storyboards and an affinity for storytelling with data.

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence applications in business transformation.
• Experience with Learning & Development programs, including digital learning strategies and learning principles.

Maryland pay range: $117,750.00- $196,250.00

Minnesota pay range: $106,130.00 - $176,880.00

New Jersey City pay range: $114,620.00- $191,030.00

New York pay range: $129,210.00 - $ 215,340.00

Vermont pay range: $ 109,030.00 - $181,720.00
