Position Summary:

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting human resources operations and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards. This position is responsible for processing new hire paperwork, conducting background checks, coordinating drug screens, and completing I-9 and E-Verify requirements. Additionally, the HR Coordinator maintains personnel files, tracks licensure and certification renewals, and manages employee evaluations to ensure records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Process all new hire documentation, including background checks, drug screens, and I-9/E-Verify



  • Maintain and update personnel records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations



  • Track employee licensures and certifications to ensure ongoing compliance



  • Manage evaluation timelines and documentation



  • Assist with other administrative HR tasks as needed




Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree preferred



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred



  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems



  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
