HR Business Partner & HR Project Manager

You will be joining a dynamic team as an HR Business Partner, supporting the United States and Canada regions. You will work closely with the global HR team and senior leadership on impactful HR projects. Your role will be pivotal in driving change and executing new business initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Consult regularly with management and provide guidance to drive change and execute new business initiatives.
• Assess and anticipate human resources related needs.
• Consult on employee relations in the United States and Canada, partnering closely with functional HR Business Partners.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with business leaders and collaborate with colleagues in human resources to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Maintain regional HR policies and monitor employment legislation changes to ensure compliance.
• Execute HR programs and communications focused on driving employee engagement, working closely with site leaders across the United States and Canada.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with the legal department as needed.

What You Will Likely Bring:

• General understanding of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational analysis and development, employee relations, talent management, staffing, and country and local employment laws.
• Self-starter with high emotional intelligence. Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and makes continuous improvement recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization.
• 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Bachelor of Arts degree (or equivalent experience).
• PHR Certification preferred.

What Will Set You Apart:

• ERP Systems Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in meeting business needs with technology solutions, with ERP knowledge being highly advantageous.
• Customer Service Experience: Minimum of three years related experience (preferred but not essential), with customer service experience being valued.
