This position is located in Batavia Ohio at UC Clermont. UC Clermont is an open-admissions, regional campus of the University of Cincinnati located in Batavia, Ohio, with an enrollment of approximately 3,000 students. UC Clermont is committed to fostering intellectual, cultural and social development in our community. Provide direct oversight in the administration of an advising center with responsibility for planning, policy and results. Primary Function of the Position
Responsible for development, implementation and administration of goals to achieve strategic advising mission andobjectives set at university and unit levels; assume leadership responsibility for advising programs and priorities associated with student success and retention; make decisions and understand quality of execution have significant impact and influence service delivery at an academic college or central level. Formulate, recommend, and implement policies, procedures, and controls; manage processes to increase student supportand advance service levels; responsible for policy execution and results that enrich the student experience; formulate and communicate major policy changes affecting students and university partners; and participate in cross-functional policydevelopment.
