Position OverviewSupport the growth of sales and gross profit by providing daily assistance to outside sales team members through customer engagement, product design management, order management and other necessary tasks that support overall plant growth.Responsibilities*Analyze customer-dedicated inventory and recommend warehouse replenishment orders as necessary. This can include but is not limited to the understanding and mastery of customer systems/reports.
*Provide analysis to sales team members via available Kiwi/Crystal reports. *Answer customer questions about products, prices, and availability. *Initiate requests in CR (Customer Request) on behalf of a customer or sales team member. *Provide reporting/data to customers as needed. *Order entry and management in the Kiwi operating system as necessary. *Support sales growth through sales prospecting exercises including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc. *Arrange and direct delivery of products. *Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports. *Obtain credit information about prospective customers. *Performs other duties as required. QualificationsPrevious experience in the corrugated industry is desired. Customer service experience is also desired. Previous inventory control background is preferred; ability to communicate with Sales and Production daily. Must be computer savvy and able to learn KIWI Plan and all relevant software systems used in this role; must have a strong work ethic and "team player" mentality.
