* Sales order scheduling and verification through a third party logistics company.
* Customer pick-up appointment scheduling.
* Yum Products ticket data base entry.
* Third Party trucking scheduling for inter- plant / warehouse transfers.
* Third Party Warehouse orders coordination, management, verification and posting
* Month- End Finished goods inventory count.
* Finished Goods Cycle Count.
* Prepare shipping documents as per customer requirements (Ex. Walgreens, CVS & TJ Maxx).
* Prepare appropriate paperwork for all outbound freight
* Ensure trailers are properly docked for loading and unloading and put glad lock
* Loading and unloading of truck.
* Forklift checklist management and contact Shoppa's for repair request.
* Inspect forklifts before use for proper compliance to operational and safety standards * Plant Safety audit and perform monthly safety CLMI training.
* Coordinate with Customer Service Group and carrier any order issues.
* UPS/Fedex package processing.
* Ship and receive finished goods, raw materials and scrap.
* Perform other administrative duties assigned by Warehouse Manager.
