More about the role

As a Digital Site Lead, you'll be responsible for the overall technical quality, performance, security, continuity, and availability of IT/OT services at our Littlestown, PA site.

* Act as the bridge between local and global IT/OT services, ensuring smooth deployment of global projects and adaptive change requests.

* Facilitate vendor support activities including mobile services, ordering, approvals, stock, and asset management.

* Drive compliance with IT/OT policies and procedures.

* Ensure local IT/OT infrastructure security in collaboration with global IT, local OT, and Facilities teams.

* Perform regular CMDB sanity checks and coordinate updates with CMDB owners.

* Serve as the local Digital ambassador, maintaining relationships with end-users and providing regular updates.

* Funnel local demand to the appropriate Product Owners and ensure service owners understand site operations.

* Provide training sessions on global Digital solutions and ensure standard Digital processes are followed.

* Represent local business needs to internal Digital services and support problem analysis and service improvement.

* Monitor local customer satisfaction and escalate issues to Service Owners.

* Manage local OT costs, including PO creation, accruals, and invoice reviews with Finance.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Management or similar degree

* 4 or more years of experience in a business-oriented service organization with understanding of business processes and value creation

* 4 or more years of experience in IT infrastructure and technology environments

* Foundational knowledge of ITIL; familiarity with LEAN methodologies is a plus.

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary: $92,000 - $134,860

Bonus Potential : 10%
