The Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for the management of parts inventory and assisting others in the department to ensure maximization of customer service with minimal inventory investment. This includes management of records concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment as needed. This position will require regular (every week) in-person attendance at one of our Park City, Kansas Foley Equipment office. At this time, fully-remote is not available. What You Will Do in This Role: Determine daily stock requirements and place parts orders with vendors Provide daily inventory cycle count requirements to Parts Operations to ensure inventory accuracy Review and code invoices from vendors Review and maintain vendor cost/price updates in system Review shipping discrepancies and place claims as required Establish/maintain inventory system parameters Assist with performance of periodic inventory reconciliation to general ledger Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
