ABOUT THE POSITION

The Columbia Brand Creative team is focused on delivering a compelling look, feel, voice, and tone that reflect the company's values. As a team we are the "protector" of the brand, developing brand design guidelines & standards for the company across functions. In collaboration with Brand Marketing, Partnerships, Innovation, and Product Design, the team ensures the right creative reaches the right consumer at the right time.

The Brand Creative Producer will lead and manage photography and video production for major brand campaigns. This role is both strategic and tactical. One minute you're curating a shortlist of top-tier DPs or photographers; the next, you're troubleshooting a location permit or solving a shot list puzzle to make weather windows work. This role is foundational in redefining how Columbia approaches creative production, and we are looking for someone with vision, creative quality and organizational skills to make it all happen.

HOWYOU'LLMAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Translate brand goals into actionable briefs and production plans.

  • Collaborate across teams to maintain creative alignment and momentum.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of photographers, directors, and production talent.

  • Develop systems to improve scoping, staffing, and delivery of brand-level creative.

  • Lead ideation and concept development for photo and video projects.

  • Manage all aspects of pre-production including budgets, timelines, and logistics.

  • Oversee production onset and post-production workflows including editing, retouching, sound, color, and delivery to ensure consistency with brand standards and goals.

  • Own the communication and output of creative deliverables.

YOU ARE

  • Proficient in both photo and video production.

  • Experienced in managing large, seasonal, multi-category shoots simultaneously.

  • Committed to high standards for quality and brand consistency.

  • A strong communicator who can work effectively with both creative and cross-functional teams.

  • Skilled at problem-solving and adapting quickly to changing circumstances.

  • Someone who values both creative vision and efficient production processes.

YOUHAVE

  • 3-5 years producing brand creative work.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial photography and video production workflows.

  • Experience managing $250K+ budgets and multi-vendor productions.

  • Ability to travel globally; location shoots will be condensed but intense.

  • Proficiency in production tools (Airtable, Workfront, Frame.io)
