Your work will directly support the financial strength of programs that matter. What You'll Do Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial data is accurate and complete. Support financial reporting and management analysis. Process fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules. Assist with project accounting and contract cost tracking. Support internal and external audits. Help improve accounting processes through automation and continuous improvement. Collaborate across departments to solve financial challenges and support business growth. Work with some great people who are mission driven. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 1-4 years of accounting experience (public accounting or industry experience welcomed). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills. Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
