In addition to supporting the daily operational activities for the Office of Academic Affairs, this position will be responsible for leading a team of academic coordinators who effectively liaise with program coordinators from affiliated programs, Renown administrative staff, clinicians, and students to coordinate and execute the strategic direction for Renown Health's medical and allied health education programs. This position will: Ensure the most effective operations of the Office of Academic Affairs through workflow development, process improvement, and coordination/integration of processes within the clinical environment. * Standardize services, communication, processes, resources, and practice to improve efficiency. * Provide a monthly update to management on preceptor need by program and by affiliation. * Provide information to explain/clarify problems, issues, or requests. * Analyze and evaluate ongoing department programs to identify areas where adjustments/improvements are needed. * Assist with the preparation of and follow an annual operating budget. * Assist with the evaluation of organizational functions and structures to best determine the allocation and utilization of resources. * Assist in establishing and evaluating standards of performance to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operation of the office. * Train, supervise, coach, and evaluate employees. * Coordinate assigned learning experiences and perform learner onboarding tasks. This position does not provide patient care.
