What you will do As the Global Implementation Manager, you'll serve as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) who bridges global commercial planning processes, methods, and tools with actionable regional initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented, execution-driven individual capable of fostering cross-functional and cross-business collaboration. How you will do it Program Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead and manage programs, coordinate with stakeholders, and design organizational structures to overcome implementation challenges. Drive scalable rollout strategies and track measurable outcomes. Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Planning to align initiatives with strategic priorities, using project management tools, communication strategies, and change management techniques. Translate high-level strategy into tactical plans with defined KPIs. Cross-Functional Engagement: Support and engage key functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Product Management) and regional leaders across three core regions and overlay business units to ensure aligned execution of processes, methods, policies, and tools. Act as the connective tissue between global teams, fostering a culture of shared accountability. Governance & Issue Management: Facilitate global commercial governance boards (e.g., quota/SIP) and ensure effective linkage with regional governance boards. Track issues, improvement opportunities, and resolutions. Recommend policy updates and implement corrective action plans as needed. Policy & Framework Adherence: Maintain awareness of policies and frameworks, drive adherence, and establish execution structures to ensure compliance across business regions. Promote policy education and conduct periodic audits to verify process integrity. Training & Organizational Development: Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to build organizational capability through training on new processes and tools. Champion a continuous learning mindset across stakeholder groups. Global Quota Planning: Lead the end-to-end global quota planning process, partnering with regional teams and functional stakeholders to align sales targets with commercial strategy and market opportunity. Ensure consistency, transparency, and agility in quota methodologies while managing timelines and cross-regional dependencies. What we look for Required
