Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) is excited to invite applications for the position of Chaplain at our Prescott Campus. We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced individual to serve as a spiritual and pastoral guide for our vibrant campus community. Education and Experience:

• Masters degree in Divinity, Theology, Pastoral Care, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in chaplaincy, pastoral care, or a similar role, preferably in a university or educational setting.
• Experience providing spiritual care in diverse, multicultural environments is strongly preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse group of individuals.
• Proven ability to offer counseling, support, and spiritual care to individuals from a variety of faith backgrounds.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience in organizing and leading religious services, retreats, and events.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Understanding of student development and the challenges faced by college students.
