Are there professional jobs that pay well for people who have completed high school and some college? If so, how can I find one?

What should you do if you receive a better offer from another company shortly after you are hired?

A common scenario: you have successfully passed all of the interview rounds at two companies. One is a good company that you really like, and the other is your dream job at the company you have always wanted to work for. Both companies have indicated that they will be making you an offer in the near future, but the good company that you like comes down with an immediate and acceptable offer while the dream job company is dragging its feet but still assures you their offer is in the making. Out of necessity you take the job at the good company, but after a few weeks of training at the company, you receive an outstanding offer (higher salary, better benefits, more vacation time, etc.) from your dream job company.

Should you take the dream job or stay with at the job you’ve just started? Why or why not? Should you let the dream job company know when the other company hires you? Let us know what you think.
