Ansir provides a three-part self-perception test that provides you with insight into your particular styles of thinking, working, and emoting. When you complete the test, you will be able to search their database (150,000 records) to learn what others just like you do for a living. The basic report is free.

The database is over 500,000 btw. The real career service is in their consulting software that is now available to individuals in a WorkforceDNA report account. It is fantastic! The site is fast and easy to use. The company does not pester you with marketing email either! I read another online review that said the author and inventors of the software actually answer client questions. It's true! and unheard of on the internet.) The test and book are eye-opening but their WorkforceDNA report is what pulls it all together and guides you on what to do career-wise with your profile of dominant strengths.
